Soil stabilization and treatment works

This system is used as a covering and protection for natural rock faces and mountain slopes. The rock faces are covered with galvanized wire mesh, 2.8 to 3.76 mm thick, in various shapes depending on the wire openings and cutting method, such as 8 x 8 or 8 x 10. The wire mesh or metal screens are then placed over the entire surface of the mountain faces and secured with iron fencing, leaving a gap between the mesh and the mountain. The mesh is installed at a thickness of 5 cm to facilitate the pouring of high-quality dry or wet concrete, which is approximately 10 to 12 cm thick. The overall result is a homogeneous facade that provides security, prevents rock and soil erosion, and resists weathering for decades. Shotcrete is also used in other applications such as:

Concrete leveling layer with slabs

Use with cylindrical piles and slag for structural support
Excavation work
Use in building facades with plastering work
